These guys at the penzance black Rock shop where great they really looked after me took there time and effort to ensure I felt at ease with a new different car. I didn't have to wait ages to be seen.
Only one member of staff when I visited so had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen. Staff member was very professional and friendly though.
Bad experience. My credit card did not work when we did the booking. We called ahead to see if we could change the credit card and driver. We were told no problem. When we arrived by taxi, we were told that there was an extra fee of 50 pounds/10 pounds a day. Besides the car was not yet ready .
