Incredibly bad customer service following some work which was carried out incorrectly. The work that was carried out created a further fault which has cost us an additional 300 to put right through a different garage, due to a fault which presented itself at an MOT. Clearly we are not mechanics and had no idea the fault was related to the initial work carried out. Upon contacting Autospray post-MOT and informing them we were not happy, and that the fault (and the associated cost) was their responsibility, we were treated as if we should think like mechanics and somehow through the "power of mind" understand the faults were related and return the car to them. - yes MID-JOB-MID-MOT!!! - seriously.To summarise it cost us 300.Autospray are so arrogant that they cannot see the downfall of not covering the 300 for the sake of good PR and customer satisfaction alone.. it's a small town and reputation is everything - AVOID at all costs.
