Dont order online, such bad customer service my flip flops didnt arrive reported it to Royal Mail and was told shop needs to claim back and refund me or send a replacement, spike to the flip flop shop to be told its basically down to me to sort out so here I am 3 almost a month later no flip flops no refund and no replacement so unhelpful and yet they still have my money! Avoid!
Great choice of flipflops on the website which is really easy to use. Simple ordering process and speedy delivery. I picked standard delivery but they arrived the day after the shoes were shipped. And it was brilliant to be able to get hold of a pair of flip flops in the winter especially with so many styles to choose from. Would highly recommend!
I have recently had my 5th pair of fit flops and I have bought about 10 pairs of flip flops over the last 3 years from this shop mostly on line but also in the shop which is amazing. The products and the service are excellent delivery is really quick. I would definitely recommend them.
