Sent the e-mail below to the practice last week, self-explanatory really."Hi to all at Penryn Dental Practice.I would imagine you do not get many e-mails like this one, although I hope you do.Thursday of last week at 2,30pm, I had my second ever dentist appointment, this as a result of my first the week before. It would be fair to say that, at 61, this was not due to the circumstance of having the good fortune to have managed to reach this age with perfect teeth. The first appointment revealed the fact that years of neglect had led to a situation where long overdue intervention was required.Having explained the options it was agreed that the second appointment and treatment could be carried out with some sedation to overcome a certain level of anxiety!To Thursday. My fears were, in part allayed by the sedative, what ever it was, it worked.But to be fair, the efforts of Donal in a confident, controlled and concise manner, explaining all as he went along, went a long way to to calming the nerves. The relaxing, re-assuring voice of Joe (nurse/technician/assistant?), and the occasional hand on the shoulder also helped control the panic that may have been present, if not evident!All I can say is thank you for dispelling some long held myths and be assured that the next appointment (I know there will be some), will be made with a higher degree of confidence and with a lot less trepidation.With many thanks againAll the bestSteve Davies"

I would recommend this practice, all the staff were caring and considerate to my needs, nothing was too much trouble.
Rip off!! Keep away this dental practice! Irish lad so unprofessional, making you coming again and again .All about cash , not about your health at all .
