There never seems to be anyone to speak to here, all the receptionists are very rude and always appear to be too busy to help any patients

Fantastic surgery with excellent organisation, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The doctors are wonderful. There is disabled parking and fully accessible entrance to the rear/upper level (also entrance to: Hendras Pharmacy; the surgery dispensary; reception and prescription desks). There is smooth, gentle ramp or steps to the front/lower level which also have a reception desk. Doctors have offices on the upper level and the ground level houses the nurses who are also wonderful. There is a wheelchair lift between the two levels.This is an essential and impressive community care hub and by far the best NHS GP surgery that I have experienced in my half-century of life.
Doctors are great (if overstretched) Certain receptionists should maybe change to a less compassionate role! But being the only doctors available to an ever growing town, what can you do?!
