The owner was very informative.
Terrible customer service, they held my deposit for 6 months and every time I called attempted a poor excuse and said they would call and then did not got fed up with chasing Mike and Mick..... absoulte joke! .... never again would I use or recommend them.....tbh id actively advise anyone to avoid!
I can only speak from my own experience, but have now used this company 3 times and on each occasion the service as excellent. From help with choosing the product to suit my budget ( no hard sell tactics.. ) through to delivery, excellent staff once more, I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.
We needed to buy new beds and furniture for our 18 bedroom Inn, (Longboat), in Penzance. Mike and Mick have been absolutely brilliant from day one. Nothing is too much trouble and very professional. The beds/ furniture were delivered at a moments notice when we needed them and no problems whatsoever. Thanks Guys, we will be recommending you..
