As a student, I rely on the service the pharmacy provides with sending prescriptions up to the campus. This wasn't a problem in my first year but ever since i moved there's been nothing but trouble. The last three times my prescription wasn't sent to the campus I asked for them to check it was on the list and I was told yes, but each time I've had to pick it up from the pharmacy. Also the way I'm talked to makes me feel they really don't care about getting this sorted. I'm not very happy with the service I've been receiving.
