Sadly I had the same experience as another reviewer... I felt everything was said in a patronising, weird backhanded manner. I was looking for storage, it should be easy! Seriously not the case with this man who was rude from the start of our conversation. I was spoken to as if I was completely stupid, which I fear may be a reflection on the character of the individual I spoke to.

18 months ago I was looking for a storage unit for when my shipping arrived from overseas. I phoned a number of companies and then found Low Cost. My initial contact was with a very helpful man that I later came to know as Steve.I was invited up to the facility in Longdowns to look at the different size containers to see which would best suit me. I was very impressed with the helpful welcome I received and also how well kept the site was. My experience at this time was the deciding factor that I would, in fact, use this facility.My shipping eventually arrived and Steve was very helpful in getting everything sorted and even arranged an alternative container that would have better access for the large delivery truck.I have today vacated my container after 18 months and have to say that throughout this time I have always been treated with the utmost respect. The containers were very well maintained and I have had no damage or spoilage to anything during that time. A very professionally run facility that I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage. Thanks Steve it has been a pleasure doing business with you.
Thoroughly condescending and confrontational. As a potential customer and fellow human being I was expecting to be treated with some degree of respect. Every sentence that Steve and I exchanged, I felt as if I was trying to avoid conflict.Anyone looking for straight forward answers/ customer service/ un-complicated self storage = AVOID AT ALL COSTS
