Awesome facility with a great atmosphere. The instructor has a great depth of knowledge and really cares about the teaching aspect of his craft. Highly recommended for your martial art and physical training needs!
I have never really been one for exercise or working out. But the sessions me and wife do together make you feel relaxed and confident.Everything you need to know is explained. I have even started looking forward to our session. Would highly recommend to anyone who knows they need to do something but are a bit apprehensive.
Firstly Foxcoat Studio is a great space fully equipped for all the classes on offer . I have taken part in Ninjutsu, personal fitness training and Japanese Yoga here and the main thing I find of use is Andy's knowledge of what he is teaching especially when it comes to the Japanese language, culture, tradition and history . You not only train but you learn so much too . Andy listens and is understanding of individual needs , as I have quite a few this is very important , and adapts training accordingly . I have just started training again and Foxcoat was my first and only choice .

Exceeded all my expectations. Immensely knowledgeable and empathetic, Andy works out what the individual needs, and you work towards your goals using a diverse range of activities.
