Awsome. First hour or so of any kind of training for years , loved it . All nice people and all made me feel welcome. Only problem was I couldn't walk for two days after lol , that's exactly why I need to go again. And will be.
Love Jolly sailor Cross Fit!The coaches are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but not pushy or showy. The other members have been friendly, welcoming and keen to help rather than make you feel subordinate. Everyone clearly enjoys being there together.The box is well stocked and classes are kept to a level that allows the coaches to focus on everyone.Recommended to anyone from beginner to pro.Thanks guys!Will.
