Tasty food, decent portion sizes and didn't have to wait long. Only annoying thing is the menu on the Facebook page is really hard to read, so hopefully these pictures are helpful to someone.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERERude customer service especially from the manager. Food is bland(I could cook better myself). The takeaway menu is poorly displayed. Even as a waitress I know not to hang up on a customer.
Incredibly disappointing service, rude manager- who both argued and hung up on us when we tried to explain the situation. Our order was wrong (the second time this has happened from this establishment) I would recommend people spend their money elsewhere. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
The chow mein part of the menu says 'dish with mixed vegetables and soft noodles' under this section the dishes clearly state if they have meat in them, for example the Yung chow mein which has 'mixed meats and shrimps' so when we decided to order a vegan meal we asked for the Cantonese vermicelli which only states that it has 'rice noodles' and we asked for it without egg. When we arrived home with the food the dish had mixed meat and shrimp in it which was not stated on the menu. We called to complain about the issue and the manager was very rude and hung up on us multiple times. I think it is unfair that they didn't state that the dish had meat in it, there is a vegetable vermicelli which is 'hot' so we assumed these were different dishes.
The manager was extremely rude. The menu is very vague and doesnt correctly explain the dishes. When we phoned them after realising there was meat in one of them that doesnt state that on the menu, she hung up on us twice and refused a refund. Last week we asked for vegan noodles and they also gave it with meat and egg. She was unprofessional and was getting angry and argumentative.
