Very nice staff! Pleasant, smiley, and welcoming! I've just moved into the area, and I know my favorite chippy in the area already, having tried two in the first week here! The fish and chips, and home-made fish cakes we had were amazing! We have had fish and chips from all over Cornwall, so there's some stiff competition, but myself, along with my parents, are fairly confident that these are quite possibly the best we have ever had! The best before here was Lewis' in Newlyn, Tudors in Marazion, also there's a decent one in Sennen too, but we think Mariners of Penryn tops the lot!!Would definitely recommend! The chips were ffull of flavour, the cod had a PERFECT batter, not greasy, oily, or too thick, just a nice thin layer of batter, and the fish itself was beautifully tender! VERY enjoyable! Keep up the good work guys!!
By far the best chip shop around here! The chips are lovely and chunky, well cooked and aren't affected while boxed up on the drive home like some. The fish and other bits are all fab! Brilliant choice of daily catches too!
Always amazing - currently the best fish and chips in Cornwall (hence probably the UK!). Also have plenty of gluten free options including gf batter. Service is exemplary.
Great mackerel wrap meal deal, lovely staff always get a wave when I walk past ;) Could eat here every night of the week! Best fish and chips in the west...actually the world.
Amazing amazing!!! Best batter, best veggie choices! Try the deluxe veggie burger with camembert - absolutely delicious. Great staff, always friendly and efficient. A must try. Thanks all involved. Will be back when next in Cornwall
